Check to see whether your account is licensed by clicking the menu arrow to the right of your initials and selecting Account Settings > Licenses. |
If, after following the steps above, your account is still not licensed, please contact EPS tech support (support@epslearning.com) and include the following information:
Your name and email address (or name and email of teacher for whom you are submitting the ticket).
The name of your school and token used in above steps.
