Welcome to Wordly Wise i3000! This guide will help you set up your teacher account, create classes, add students, and assign lessons. Follow these steps to effectively manage your classes and enhance your teaching experience with Wordly Wise i3000.

Setting Up Your Teacher Account
If Your Account Is Already Set Up
Visit Wordly Wise 3000.
Enter your Username and Password, then click Log in.
You will be directed to your home screen.
If You Need to Create an Account
Go to Exploros.
Enter the Token provided by EPS in the token field.
Click the green Sign Up button.
Agree to the privacy policy by checking the box.
Select Sign up with email and use your school-issued email address.
Check your email for a message from Exploros to complete the setup process.
Click Get Started in the email.
Enter your name and create a password on the Welcome page.
Click Create an account.
Ensure you are using Chrome or Safari, then log in.
You will be taken to your home screen and prompted to create a class.

Creating a New Class
Click Create Class on your home screen.
Title your Class (e.g., Period 4).
Select the Grade and Subject from the drop-down menus.
Confirm Wordly Wise i3000 appears under Licenses, then click Next.
Select your Class from the All Classes drop-down menu.
Click Add Students Now when prompted.
Adding Students
Click Import Students, then Proceed.
Enter student information in the format: first name, last name, username, and password.
Click Next after entering all students.
Review the information, then click Next or Back to make changes.
Click Import to create the student accounts.
Click Email to me to save the roster with passwords.
Managing Your Class Roster
Select a class to view.
Use the Roster option to view details, remove students, or change passwords.
To add more students, repeat the steps under Import Students.
Assigning Lessons to Students
In your Class, click the blue + button next to Experiences.
Navigate to the desired level and lesson in the Library.
Click the lesson folder, select the Experience (Instruction and Practice or Assessment), and click Assign.
Step 1: Enter Details: Choose your End Date and time.
Step 2: Choose Students: Select the Entire Class to include all students.
Step 3: Assign: Click Assign to push the lesson to student accounts.
Return to your Class’s home screen for the published lessons under Assigned Experiences.
Setting Up Student Profiles
Have students log in to Wordly Wise 3000 using their assigned credentials.
Students should navigate to Account settings from the profile icon drop-down.
In the Profile tab, click the Pencil icon next to Your photo.
Select Take a photo and add the picture, then click Save.
Starting and Completing Lessons
Click the lesson under Assigned Experiences on your home screen.
Have students do the same on their devices.
After completing a lesson, click End Now to move it to Ended Experiences.
