Adding Students to a Class from the Student Listing

  1. Log into EPS Connect and access the applicable program.

  2. On the Navigation Bar, select USERS > USER ROLES > STUDENTS.

  1. Locate the students by using the SEARCH or FILTER options.

  1. You may add the students to a class by:

    4a. Selecting the add to a class icon.

This option allows you to add only one student to a class at a time.

OR

    4b. Checking the boxes next to the student names and then selecting the ADD TO CLASS button from the options above the student listing. 

This option allows you to add multiple students to a class at one time.

The ADD TO CLASS button will not be enabled until at least one student is selected.

  1. Check the box next to the class(es) to which the students will be added.

The list will include available classes in which the students are not currently enrolled.

  1. Select ADD TO CLASS to confirm.

At least one class must be selected for the ADD TO CLASS button to be enabled.

You will receive a message that the students have been added successfully. Select OK.

Adding Students to a Class from the Class Listing

  1. Under Actions, select the icon and then select Add Students.

  1. Locate the students by using the SEARCH or FILTER options.

  1. Check the boxes next to the student names and then select ADD TO CLASS from the options above the student listing.

The ADD TO CLASS button will not be enabled until at least one student is selected.

Remove Students from a Class

  1. Log into EPS Connect and access the applicable program.

  2. On the Navigation Bar, select USERS > ORGANIZATIONS > CLASSES.

  1. Locate the class by using the SEARCH or FILTER options.

  1. Under Actions, select the edit class icon or select the Class Name.

  1. On the Class Detail page, scroll down to the Students. Under Actions, select the Remove Student icon 

    You will be asked to confirm the deletion. Select YES.

You will receive a message that the student has been removed successfully. Select OK.
