You can export your students’ data for your records as a teacher. This will be an essential step for your student, especially if your student moves to another group, teacher, or school. It will also provide a way to gather information for I.E.P. meetings, district records, or parent conferences.
The report in this article will guide you in capturing student data in one report, the Student Summary Report. Other resources are available, but this report will ensure that the individual student’s data is available if needed. Below are two steps that we will need to consider.

Class Licensing
During the summer, Exploros unlicensed existing classes in the program to free up seats for this coming year. Unlicensed classes do not use any seat licenses and content cannot be assigned. If teachers will be using the same classes for this school year, the licenses can be added back to those classes at the administrator or teacher level. Please see the attached links for instructions on adding a license back to an unlicensed class.
