As an administrator, you will be able to can export your students’ data for your entire school or district. This will allow you to keep the data in case teachers delete information or archive student information. You will be able to see your students’ student’s progress across the assessments that they’ve taken.
We recommend that you download the report for the Concept Assessment , as well as and the Pre-and Post-Level Tests. These assessment reports will tell your team how far along your students have gone through the SPIRE scope and sequence , in addition to and their progress within the metrics for the Pre-and Post-Level Tests.

Class licensing
During the summer, Exploros unlicensed existing classes in the program to free up seats for this coming year. Unlicensed classes do not use any seat licenses and content cannot be assigned. If teachers will be using the same classes for this school year, the licenses can be added back to those classes at the administrator or teacher level. Please see the attached links for instructions on adding a license back to an unlicensed class.

Log into the Exploros platform. https://app.exploros.com/login
At the top-right of your screen, select Reports.

Under Reports, select either select the S.P.I.R.E STAR District (or School) Progress Report or the iSPIRE District (or School) Progress Report Report.

Under REPORT, choose Concept Assessment.

After the page loads, select Export to CSV file.

Save the file for your records records.

Next, we recommend downloading the Pre-and Post-level test report
Repeat steps 1-3 above.
Under REPORT, choose Pre/Post-Test.
