Essentially, this report takes all the data Reading Assistant gathers on a student students while they read and hands it directly to their teacher. It is generated every time a student reads with Reading Assistant—practice or assessment!

The report is organized around Scarborough’s Reading Rope.
You look at students through the lens of one thread of the Reading Rope at a time. In the screenshots above, Decoding is selected. So, the skills shown for the class are Decoding skills.
To change the view to a different thread, select one of the buttons on the left of the screen.
The report shows the Reading Assistant Learning Progression (our scope and sequence). Skill Area orders skills.
Skill Areas are ordered by their typical Age of Acquisition. Skill Areas are arranged in time, on a continuum from Kindergarten to 5th Grade. The report shows you when a student “ought” to acquire skills during their journey to reading mastery.
As you mouse over skills, information about that skill will appear in a flyover box, as shown in the 2nd screenshot.
Clicking directly into the box yields a pop-up window where you can drill down into the sub-skills to view aligned resource recommendations from one of many resources. In the third screenshot above, the resource shown is HMH Into Reading.
