If you have registered an account with Exploros, but it is not licensed, you can add the license/token by following the steps outlined below.

Before initiating the steps below, make sure you are logged out of your Exploros account.
Go to https://exploros.com/spire/, enter your school’s token and click Submit.
Click Sign Up on the next page.
On the Teacher Sign Up page, place a check in the box next to “I've read and accept the privacy policy and terms and conditions.” And click I have an account.
Log into your account.
Check to see whether your account is licensed by clicking the menu arrow to the right of your initials and selecting Account Settings > Licenses.
If, after following the steps above, your account is still not licensed, please contact EPS tech support (support@epslearning.com) and include the following information:
Your name and email address (or name and email of teacher for whom you are submitting the ticket).
The name of your school and token used in above steps.
