About Order Tracking

Your orders with EPS learning are delivered via major national parcel services or a variety of regional and national freight carriers. Tracking information for orders can be found with your order status once it ships. Based on the format of the tracking information, one of the sections below will help you monitor your order delivery.

FedEx Tracking

FedEx tracking numbers are typically a 12- to 14-digit number, such as 1234 5678 9012.

UPS Tracking

UPS tracking numbers can have multiple formats, but usually start with "1Z" and are 18 characters long. If it is shipping with our warehouse's account it will start with1ZE0J095.

UPS SurePost Tracking

Surepost is an economy UPS service where the US Postal Service (local mail carriers) deliver the package under 10 pounds from a local UPS facility to the final location. UPS SurePost labels show two addresses: the UPS SurePost hub and the final destination, which is the recipient's address. Surepost packages have UPS tracking number AND a USPS tracking number that starts with “92” and are 22 characters long.

Freight Carriers

All orders over 750 pounds will ship via 53-foot truck to the destination and require additional delivery requirements before they can be released. The table below provides carrier and tracking website information to assist you.
