Request a Change to Your Order

Customer orders can be changed up until the point that the order has been processed for shipping. Depending on the size of your order, the day and time it was placed, and time of year this could be anywhere from same business day to three business days. Our Illinois-based warehouse ships orders five days a week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm CT.

If your order has already been approved and moved to the warehouse for picking, packing, and shipping, our Customer Support team will assist you with canceling the existing order and placing a new one.

  • If your order was paid via credit card, your original authorization will be voided and a new authorization placed. The support agent you work with will need your CVV to reauthorize your card.

  • If your order was paid via PO, depending on the nature of the change we may require an revised PO before we can place the replacement order. Any changes that cause the order total to exceed the original PO amount will always require an update.

Contacting Customer Support

1️⃣ The fastest way to make a change to your order is to call our Customer Support team at 800-225-5750, Option #1, then Option #3, Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm ET.

2️⃣ If you are unable to reach our Customer Support team by phone, please email your change request to orders@epslearning.com with the subject “Change to [SO#######]” where SO####### is the seven digits order number in the top right corner of your order confirmation PDF and in the body of your order confirmation email.

Our team will confirm the status of your order in our business system and in our warehouse system to verify whether it can still be changed or canceled. If the order is unable to be systematically changed, other interventions may be available, depending on the nature of the change request.

Orders in a status of Pending Billing or Billed cannot be changed. Read Check the Status of Your Order.
