Any student who is on the roster of a licensed class is consuming a licensed seat. If a student is no longer part of the program, or you are removing students at the end of a semester or school year, follow the steps below.

\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

Teachers can remove individual students from their class as well as archive a class which will remove all students from a license (as long as they are not in another class).

  1. To remove an individual from the class, first select the class list at the left. With the class name visible in the upper-left of your dashboard, click the drop down to the right of the class name and select Roster.

Removing students from a class, will move them your Other Students list so that they are available to add to other classes you own. Removing them from the class will free up the seat they were using from your school license, as long as that student is not part of another teacher’s licensed class.

Archiving a class will remove all students in that class from the school license.

  1. To archive a class, with the class name visible in the upper-left of your dashboard, click the drop down to the right of the class name and select Settings.
