Request Proof of Delivery

Some school and districts require verifiable Proof of Delivery (POD) before their finance teams will review or pay invoices. If the tracking information provided with your order is insufficient, our Order Management team can help.

Request via Email

1️⃣ Email your sales order number and your request to orders@epslearning.com at any time.

2️⃣ Our order management Customer Support team will review and respond within two business days.

Request via Phone

1️⃣ Call 800-225-5750 and choose Option 1, then Option 2 between 8:00am and 6:00pm ET, Monday through Friday and provide your sales order number and email address.

2️⃣ Our customer support Customer Support team will review your request and respond as soon as possible

Recourse when POD Can’t be Located

Carriers are unable to provide online Proof of Delivery 120 days after the shipment was delivered. Please request your POD promptly, if required.

Note

Carriers only make POD available online for 120 days (4 months). If your shipment was delivered more than 120 days ago, we will need to work with our warehouse and the carrier to request the information you need. This process may take several business days depending on the time of year.
