About Shipping & Handling Charges
EPS charges a flat fee for shipping based on the value of the physical items in the order. Please allow at least 10–14 business days for your order to be processed, shipped, and delivered. For additional detail see Order Processing Expectations and About Shipping Transit Times.

Standard Shipping Charges
When preparing purchase orders, please add the necessary shipping and handling charges to prevent order processing delays. Shipping charges less that 15% must have an accompanying quote from your sales representative that validates the discount. Charges are prepaid and added to your invoice or credit card purchase.

United States
Ground Shipping (Parcel or freight by weight)
15% of the subtotal of all physical items on the order

Canada
Ground Shipping (Parcel or freight by weight)
25% of the subtotal of all physical items on the order

International (Non-Canada)
Due to current export compliance rules and regulations, all international orders must go through a U.S.-based freight forwarder and include the final destination address. Orders will ship complete. EPS will not process personal international orders. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

A commercial invoice and packing slip will be supplied to the customer-provided freight forwarder at the time of shipment.
Other Delivery Charges
Orders placed with EPS must include critical delivery timing information at the time of ordering. Examples include but are not limited to shipping blackouts when the delivery location will be closed, delivery capacity limitations, or “do not deliver before…” future ship dates. Failure to disclose these requirements when your order is placed which results in the order being held in our warehouse for more than one excess business day may incur additional handling fees. The handling fee will vary based on the size of the order and the duration that EPS was required to hold the shipment.
