Place an Order with EPS
To check if your organization already has an account with EPS Learning, visit shop.epslearning.com/signup and enter your billing or shipping zip code. If your organization comes up as an option in the Organization Name dropdown, then we have you! If not, please see Request a Business Account.
Order Online at shop.epslearning.com
Ordering online is the fastest way to get your materials. Create an account at shop.epslearning.com for access to your complete online and offline order history, view and print quotes, review invoices and statements, make payments, and more in EPS MyAccount.
Log in to the EPS online store at shop.epslearning.com/login or register for a new account a shop.epslearning.com/signup.
Search for the items you need by clicking the magnifying glass in the main menu and entering the keywords or program you’re looking for, or you can browse our various topics. Select the quantity of each item you need and choose the Add to Cart button.
When you’re ready to check out, click the cart icon to review your cart and begin the checkout process. See About Online Payment Methods for more information.
Order by Email via orders@epslearning.com
Reaching our Order Management team via email is the easiest way to order via purchase order.
Send your PO and associated quote to orders@epslearning.com to automatically generate a “case” for reference and send an auto-response that we’ve received your order for processing.
Monitor your email for any communications from our team regarding pricing differences, backorders, missing tax exemption, or other issues with your order. We want to get your order processed as quickly as possible and may have questions before we can finalize.
When your PO has been processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation with a unique identifier in the format SOxxxxxxx.
Please reference your case number (CASxxxxx) when calling or emailing to inquire about your order for fastest service.
Order by Phone via 800-225-5750
Order by phone when you need to pay with a credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover).
Call our Order Management team at 800-225-5750 between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday through Friday.
Press Option 1 for Order Information and press Option 1 in the next menu to place a new order.
Have your account name, quote number or item numbers, and payment information handy. When ordering with a school P-Card, ensure that you have the correct cardholder name, street address, zip code, and CVV.
Order by Mail
Ordering by mail can add up to seven days to your order processing time and is not recommended unless required by your organization’s purchasing policies.
