This is a guide for setting up and importing teacher .CSV files as part of manually rostering a school.

You can manually add each teacher account manually, but importing a list of teachers can save time. The .CSV template can be found in the program or can be downloaded here: Download Sample Teacher .CSV File
Use the main drop-down menu at the top right and select Teachers to reach the Manage Teachers page.

The required spreadsheet fields are marked with an “(R)” to the right of the field name. They include the following:
Column A: Action (A/U)

Column B: Username
Column C: Password: must be at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a number, and a symbol.
Column H: Email
Column I: Active/Inactive

Columns E and G, MI, and Grade are usually left blank. If the grade level is used, it must contain the word grade, for example: "Grade 3"

Save the file (keep the file in .CSV format, DO NOT change the format.
Choose the saved CSV file and select the “Upload” button to load the file into the system.

The next following screen previews the data, and the Invalid rows are displayed by default. An error message is provided for invalid rows, which will not be imported. To continueproceed, you can either select Cancel to fix your import file and try again, or click the Import button to import only the valid rows.
