If you have registered an account with Exploros, but it is not licensed, you can add the license/token by following the steps outlined below.

Before initiating the steps below, make sure you are logged out of your Exploros account.

  1. Go to https://exploros.com/ispire/, enter your school’s token and click Submit.

Click Sign Up on the next page.

  1. On the Teacher Sign Up page, place a check in the box next to “I've read and accept the privacy policy and terms and conditions.” And click I have an account.

  1. Log into your account.

Check to see whether your account is licensed by clicking the menu arrow to the right of your initials and selecting Account Settings > Licenses.

  1. If, after following the steps above, your account is still not licensed, please contact EPS tech support (support@epslearning.com) and include the following information:

    1. Your name and email address (or name and email of teacher for whom you are submitting the ticket).

    2. The name of your school and token used in above steps.
