You can export your students’ data for your records as a teacher. This will be an important step for your student, especially if your student moves to another group, teacher, or school. It will also provide a way to gather information for IEP meetings, district records, or parent conferences. The report shown in this article will guide you on capturing student data in one report, called the Student Summary Report. Other reports are available, but this report will ensure the individual student’s data is available if needed. Below are two steps that we will need to consider. 

▢ Did I download the Student Summary Report (per student)?
▢ Can this report be made available to my administrator when needed?   

Below are the instructions on how to download this data for your records. Please see the video below for a walkthrough of these steps.

  1. Log into the Exploros platform.  https://app.exploros.com/login 

  2. After logging in, click on the three lines (hamburger menu) at the top left of your screen and select your class. This will take you to your class dashboard 

  3.  In your class dashboard, navigate to the top-right of your screen and select Reports

  1. Under Reports, choose the iSPIRE or S.P.I.R.E. STAR Student Summary Report.

  1. Select your Student and Level

  1. Click PDF for Print.

  1. Save the file for your records.
