As an administrator, you can export your students’ data for your entire school or district. This will allow you to keep the data in case teachers delete information or archive student information. You will be able to see your student’s progress across the assessments that they’ve taken.

We recommend that you download the report for the Concept Assessment and the Pre-and Post-Level Tests. These assessment reports will tell your team how far along your students have gone through the SPIRE scope and sequence and their progress within the metrics for the Pre-and Post-Level Tests.

We are going to start with the Concept Assessment.

  1. Log into the Exploros platform. https://app.exploros.com/login 

  2. At the top-right of your screen, select Reports.

  1. Under Reports, select either the S.P.I.R.E STAR District (or School) Progress Report or the iSPIRE District (or School) Progress Report.

  1. Under REPORT, choose Concept Assessment.

  1. From there, choose your level from the LEVELS drop-down list.

  1. After the page loads, select Export to CSV file

  1. Save the file for your records.

Next, we recommend downloading the Pre-and Post-level test report 

  1. Repeat steps 1-3 above.

  1. Under REPORT, choose Pre/Post-Test.

  1. After the page loads, select “Export to CSV File.”
