    Request a Business Account

    EPS has customer accounts for individuals and organizations/businesses. This article provides the information required to have a business account set up for your school, district, or company.

    Business accounts have the following benefits:

    • Dedicated EPS sales contact for product information, demos, samples, pricing questions, and quoting.

    • Eligible to apply for credit to order on terms via purchase order.

    • Eligible for tax-exempt ordering, if applicable for your state.

    • Preferred pricing on thousands of products.

    • Access to purchase select organization-only products.

    The organization is liable for and has visibility to all purchases made on a business account. If you are associated with a school or district but making private purchases that are not funded by your organization, please create an Individual Account for those transactions.

    Required Information

    Send the following information to accounts@epslearning.com for review. Our Account Management team will follow-up with any questions and will confirm once account setup is complete, typically within 1-2 business days.

    1. Full Organization/Business Name (Include a copy of your W-9, when possible)

    2. A copy of your proof of state sales tax exemption (if applicable)

    3. Physical Location/Default Shipping Address

    4. Primary Phone Number

    5. Primary Email Address (typically an office@, info@ type of address)

    6. Billing Address (if different)

    7. Primary Billing Contact

    8. Primary Billing Phone Number

    9. Primary Billing Email Address

    10. Should a “master” online account be created for your primary or billing contact to access order history, quotes, invoices, and to make payments?
      Master accounts have access to FULL online and offline ordering history for the entire account including all online users.

    Optional All new accounts that are not public schools are set up as Prepay, or credit card only purchasing. To request terms once your account is set up, please complete a Credit Application and return it to accountsreceivable@epslearning.com.

    Using Your New Account

    Once your business account is set up, you will be provided with the following information:

    • Account Number

    • Account Name

    • Master Online Account Access (if requested)

    • Sales Rep Name

    • Sales Rep Email

    • Sales Rep Phone

    When you call in to our Customer Support team at 800-225-5750, providing your account number will allow us to assist you quickly. If you did not initially request a master online account but wish to register for one, or for contact online accounts, you can register online at shop.epslearning.com/signup using the primary location zip code provided above.
