Troubleshoot Common Registration Issues

ERROR: “There was a problem saving your information. Please try again.”

This error typically occurs when a record already exists in the EPS business system with your information. For organizational accounts, there can only be one contact with any given name and email combination.

Action: Please contact our Technical Support team and provide your name, email, the account your trying to register with, and a screenshot of the error you received.

ISSUE: No confirmation box appears to complete registration.

This issue is typically caused by having pop-ups blocked for the http://shop.epslearning.com domain in your browser.

Action: Allow pop-ups for http://shop.epslearning.com


ISSUE: I didn’t receive a confirmation email.

Possible Cause 1: You received the email but it was delivered to your junk/spam or “Other” inbox (Outlook) and not your main inbox.

Action 1: Check your junk/spam or “Other” inbox folders for the missing email. If you find it, add the @epslearning.com domain to your safe senders list so that you don’t miss future emails including order confirmations, invoices, or communication from your sales representative.

Possible Cause 2: There was a typo in your email address when you submitted your registration and your confirmation (and subsequent communications from the Account Management team) could not be delivered.

Action: If you have ruled out possible cause 1 above, please contact our Technical Support team and provide your name, email, the account your trying to register with, and a screenshot of the error you received.

ISSUE: I am not able to set a password from the email that was sent.

This is typically caused when the EPS support team unknowingly sends an “Access Notification” email to a user who registered prior to early June 2024. We made significant updates to our registration process, including replacing the native “Set your password” link which expired in 24 hours with a more flexible custom link that was valid longer. Users who registered under the old system will receive an error when attempting to set a password with the new system.

Action: Please contact our Technical Support team and ask for a “manual” password reset. The team will set a temporary password for you which can be reset on successful login.
