    Satisfaction & Refund Policy

    Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your EPS purchases. We ask that you please check your shipment upon arrival for accuracy and completeness before stamping or marking up the material. If upon receipt, the items arrive damaged, not in the expected physical condition, or an incorrect item was received we will work with you to find a solution. Please contact our Customer Support team at orders@epslearning.com or by phone at 800.225.5750 within 5 days of receipt to advise us of the issue so we may quickly respond to your needs. We are here to help!

    Important: Products returned to our warehouse without authorization will not be processed or credited.

    If we determine the best solution is a return due to our error or a manufacturer’s error such as a duplicate order, duplicate item, or an incorrect item, we will pay any return shipping costs and no restocking fee will apply. In that event, all returned material must be in saleable condition, free of markings, writing, stamping, or shelf-worn appearance.

    Any requests or concerns must be received within 30 days of receipt of product.
