iSPIRE provides teachers with four comprehensive student progress reports, offering real-time assessment data to track performance and inform instruction.

Accessing Reports

  • Tap the reports icon on your class home screen within the iSPIRE platform.

  • Use the dropdown menu to switch between report types and filter data by specific levels.

Report Types

  1. Concept Mastery Fluency Drill Report: Displays students' correct words per minute for each concept.

  2. Concept Assessment Report: Uses color-coded performance levels to indicate mastery of new skills.

  3. Pre- and Post-Test Report: Compares individual student scores from the beginning to the end of a level.

  4. Mid-Level Test Report: Provides percentage scores for each concept at the mid-level point.

Interactive Features

  • Click on black triangles for additional information, such as assessment dates.

  • Use blue hyperlinks to access detailed views of specific assessments.

iSPIRE provides school administrators with comprehensive reports to monitor and assess student and class performance. These reports offer real-time data to help administrators make informed decisions and support educational goals effectively.

Report Types

  1. Concept Mastery Fluency Drill Report: This report shows class averages for correct words per minute and allows you to examine individual student performances.

  2. Concept Assessment Report: Evaluates mastery of concepts after reinforcing lessons with color-coded performance levels.

  3. Pre and Post-Tests Report: Compares class averages from the beginning and end of each level to visualize progress and identify areas for improvement.

  4. Mid-Level Test Report: Assesses concept mastery at the mid-point of each level, helping understand curriculum effectiveness.

  • Select hyperlinked class names to view detailed data for individual students or assessments.

School-Wide Data Summary

  • The iSPIRE Experience Summary provides a snapshot of all lessons taught, including data on state, teacher, class, experience, number of students, and percentage of lessons completed.

Experience Summary Report Overview

The Experience Summary Report is an essential resource for educators on the Exploros platform, providing a granular view of completed educational experiences. This document assists teachers in tracking and analyzing student performance and class engagement through detailed metrics.

Accessing the Report:

  • Navigate to the 'All Classes' section and click the 'Reports' button to access the Experience Summary Report.

Report Features:

  • Summary Metrics: This section provides an overview of activities with filters for the school year and course, as well as options to export data as CSV or PDF.

  • Report Table: Detailed listing of each teaching experience, including the date, class, and linked experience name, with metrics on student participation, completion rates, responses, quiz scores, and time spent.

Utilizing Filters:

  • Filter experiences by entering text in the Date, Class, or Experience fields to narrow down the data display.

Interactive Elements:

  • Each listed experience includes a hyperlink to its archived version, showcasing all related student work and responses for in-depth review.
