    About Your Packing Slip

    Every shipment, parcel or freight, includes a packing slip. This document contains important information to help you inventory your order.

    1. Our Warehouse address

    2. Warehouse Order Number

    3. Ref # / Purchase Order Number

    4. Ship-To Address

    5. Bill-To Address

    6. Date the order was packed in our warehouse

    7. Customer Order Number for reference with Support

    8. Service this shipment was sent through

    9. Number of packages in this shipment

    10. Tracking number(s) for this shipment

    11. Items in this shipment

    12. Quantity of each item shipped

    Items still on backorder will not be noted on your packing slip. Please review your shipping confirmation notification or check your order status to see any items still to be fulfilled.
