Reading Assistant How do I Always Enable the Microphone on Firefox?

Configure your Firefox browser settings always to allow the microphone

This article aims to give you tips for enabling your microphone using the Firefox web browser. You’ll need to permit Firefox to access the mic on student devices.

How do I give Firefox permission?

Reading Assistant should ask permission to access the microphone the first time students launch. You should only need to give Reading Assistant permission once. When you launch Reading Assistant and see the following message at the top of your browser window, click Allow.
