Reading Assistant How to Assign an Assessment


Assessments can be assigned to students within the Tracking Report.

  1. From the Reading Assistant Teacher Portal, click/tap Reports

  2. Click TRACKING REPORT

  1. Select the class of choice from the drop-down (if necessary)

  1. Select the student name(s) or select all by clicking the box at the top next to the Last Name

  2. Click Assign Benchmark Assessment

  1. Click Manage Language to adjust the student's assessment language configuration. 

  1. Click Create to assign the assessment.

  1. Students assigned an assessment will show “Scheduled on mm/dd” on the Tracking Report.

 

If an assessment is accidentally assigned, you can unassign the assessment by selecting the box next to a student's name in the Tracking Report and then clicking Unassign Assessment.
