Clearing Cache and History

As students use their devices for everyday activities, each website adds thousands of files for each page, from images and pictures, advertisements, tracking data called 'cookies', and the page's content. This data may cause issues with how Reading Assistant works and "hears" students. 

Clearing the browser cache and cookies may often resolve issues and odd behaviors. We recommend this as a first step in troubleshooting issues with Reading Assistant "not hearing" students.
